Coordinators²inc is pleased that you have taken the time to visit our site as you learn about adoption. We would like to be your lifetime adoption resource whether you are just beginning your adoption journey or are looking for support and guidance after placement. Coordinators²inc first opened its doors in 1988. We are a non-profit, Virginia-licensed agency offering training and education, placement and adoptive family support services. Over the last five years we have averaged 85 placements per year and 94 % of our families achieve placement.

We have three placement programs:

Infant Adoption, which includes both Parental Placement and agency placements.

Waiting Child, where we help children who are waiting in foster care to find an adoptive mom and/or dad to call their own.

International Adoption, where we specialize in adoptions from China, and Guatemala and we have expertise in assisting families who wish to adopt from Eastern Europe (home study and supervision services only).

We also offer counseling and guidance to adoptive families through our Adoptive Family Support Program, which includes Search and Reunion.
